Learn how to make Delicious & Crispy Appetizer 'Cheesy Chicken Fingers' with our chef Tarika Singh.<br /><br />Cheesy Chicken Fingers is a wonderful Party Starter Recipe/Appetizer Recipe which is Deliciously Crunchy from Outside and Cheesy from inside. It goes brilliantly with Mayonnaise, Cheesy Dips, Tomato Sauce.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 250 gms Chicken Breast(boneless)<br />- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder<br />- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Salt<br />- 1 cup Processed Cheese(grated)<br />- Oil<br /><br />Ingredients for Coating:<br />- 1 cup All Purpose Flour<br />- Black pepper Powder<br />- Salt<br />- Bread Crumbs<br />- 2 Eggs(whisked)<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take chicken pieces and grind it in a grinder <br />2. Take it out in a bowl and add black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, garlic powder, red chilli powder, salt <br />3. Mix it all together and add grated processed cheese to the bowl<br />4. Take small portions of chicken and give them all a finger shape<br />5. Now, take all purpose flour and bread crumbs <br />6. Add some salt and black pepper Powder to the bread crumbs and mix it <br />7. Now, take the finger shaped chicken pieces and first add it too the all purpose flour & whisked eggs, and then add it to the bread crumbs<br />8. Do the same with rest of the chicken pieces and keep it in refigerator for an hour <br />9. Now, in hot oil add these finger shaped chicken pieces; fry it on all the sides till they turn golden brown in color <br />10. Once fried, take it out in a plate and palce it over a paper towel, to drain out all the excess oil
